November 2015 The Shop 105 November 2015 The Shop 105 700-HP Bread Van Centerforce Clutches puts huge diesel power to the ground on its 1960 Ford P300 delivery van, built by Rod Nielsen of Hot Rod's Restos in Abbotsford, British Columbia. The Bread Van is a rolling conference room and display-hauler in one. It features a Centerforce Diesel Twin twin-disc clutch, engi- neered to handle up to 1,700 foot-pounds of torque. The pow- ertrain is based on a Ram 2500: 2007 Cummins 5.9-liter engine, 2005 electr onics, axles and G56 6-speed manual transmission. The 100-percent employee-built Daystar 1958 Jeep FC-170 that turned heads at the SEMA Show last year is back for a return engagement. Featuring a full body restoration, custom mahogany bed and a 5.7-liter VVT Hemi engine, it highlights several Daystar products including: Scorpion Shocks, Cam- Cans, D-ring isolator, winch isolator, firewall boot and performance bump stops. Reel Drive- line; Copper State (fasteners); and Paint by Krusty. 1958 Jeep FC-170 Ben Therrien, owner of Red Lion Motorsports, presents a 2014 Dodge Challenger being built for the SEMA Show. He says the car is owned by a disabled Iraq vet, and was scheduled to make its debut at the OPTIMA Street Car qualifying event in Fontana, California in October. Participants include: K&N, Wilwood, Falken Tire and Extreme Dimensions. 2014 Dodge Challenger 2010 GMC Sierra Crew Cab Project Wingman is a 2010 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. Its owner, Grant Cox, is a freelance photographer for several automotive-related magazines. With support from Hypertech, Toyo Tire, Budnik, Anzo USA, and a raft of other companies, Wingman is being built up in the pages of StreetTrucks magazine as a series of how-to tech articles, and will also be on display at the SEMA Show in Hypertech's booth #20613.
