The new kit (part no. 11320) combines two popular kits into one convenient package. Included in the set are 13 sizes of cutters from 5/16 to 1-1/2 inches. Rotabroach cutters can drill holes three times faster and last 10-times longer than twist drills or hole saws. Designed by professionals, for professionals, the polisher has a lightweight, ergonomic form with features including billet counterweight with multi-bearing design, Meguiar's Digital Torque Management speed controller, and a wide 3,000 to 7,500 orbits-per- minute speed range for maximum control. Wire Feeder ESAB, Florence, South Carolina, introduces the Warrior Feed 404 HD, a heavy-duty, bench-top wire feeder designed to feed 0.030- to 3/32-inch wire at speeds of 50 to 800 inches per minute in applications such as high-volume fabrication, structural steel fabrication, heavy fabrication and others. A drive roll design combines two lower gear-driven rollers with two upper idler/smooth pressure rollers for less scrubbing of the wire, reducing debris generation. An upper idler system doesn't mar the wire, extending contact tip life with cored wires. optimized Aluminum Welding System Miller Electric Mfg. Co., Appleton, Wisconsin, offers the new Millermatic 350P auto body aluminum repair system. The complete welding package is designed to provide high weld quality and simplify repairs on aluminum auto body panels and beds, such as found in the 2015 Ford F-150 truck. The turnkey solution addresses the growing trend of aluminum usage in the automotive market and has been designed to meet challenges posed by welding thin-gauge aluminum, such as warping, distortion and burn-through. Shop ToolS & equipmenT parts Washer Graymills Corp., Chicago, presents its updated, heated thermoplastic Handi Kleen Parts Washer. The new Graymills PH922 integrates the sink and holding tank for improved cleaning and unit stability. Easy to use and maintain, it is designed for quick onsite cleaning of machinery tools and parts. The PH922 has the ability to convert from wash basin to soak tank and back as needed, while providing continuous clean fluid. Plug the drain in the basin and let the pump run for continuous fluid movement, filtration and heat, with the added benefit of mild fluid agitation.
