Welcome to the Fifth Annual
SXSW Eco Conference
This is a big year in our evolution – we are now focusing on technology, design
and business to create positive social and environmental impact. This new direction
reflects our heritage as South By Southwest, and highlights opportunities within
the industries we support.
We believe through good design, innovative engineering and powerful storytelling,
collectively we will transition to a more vibrant economy and society. And it's already
happening.
Whether it's how to structure our cities, shape our public policy, embed purpose
into our work or design for stronger communities, our speakers and attendees
are making an impact on how we live and interact.
SXSW Eco is designed to give you insight into these projects, connect you with
leaders in your field and across disciplines, and offer a new perspective on the
future. We hope you will take advantage of the serendipitous moments that
make SXSW events so unique.
