Scandinavian duo due to release their second album this summer.
We couldn't resist putting Lulu Rouge in the spotlight this month.
This Scandinavian duo is one of a kind and deserves to be known worldwide. DJ T.O.M. and Buda are two of the most respected DJs and producers on the Copenhagen scene. Thomas Bertelsen (aka T.O.M.) has partnered Trentemoller for many years, touring around the world and performing in almost every famous club you can think of.
Their music is broadly categorized as electronica, dub and downtempo, and their bass is so deep and heavy it makes the ground quake beneath you. Largely recognized throughout Northern Europe, they're also licensed to high profile TV shows such as the American "Eastbound" and English "Top Gear". Their debut album (released in 2008 under the title "Bless you") is infused with techno and dub rhythms and saturated with their infamous heavy bass. Special attention should be paid to their remixes – these have received extremely positive feedback from their fans. Feathers in their remix cap include Trentemoller, Groove Armada, Bomb the Bass, Moby, Kura and many more.
When performing, these two artists never play tracks in their original form, only their own edits, bootlegs and mixes customized for their sets. Their second album will be ready and out in the summer of 2012, and we're expecting a huge amount from it.
