without
the million
dollar cost? It's now easy for
anyone to own, drive and
crash a SCORE Trophy Truck,
in 1/10th scale that is, with
Axial's new YETI SCORE Trophy
Truck RTR, the first radio-
controlled truck in hobby
history to carry the official
SCORE seal-of-approval.
The YETI SCORE Trophy
Truck RTR is incredibly
detailed inside and out from its
independent front suspension
and aluminum iconic-blue
replica KING shocks to a
solid rear axle and Method
Race wheels mounted on
BFGoodrich T/A KR2 racing
tires. At 1/10th the size of the
real deal, this radio-controlled
Trophy Truck has realistic
looking hood vents, roll cage,
a rear spare-tire carrier, and
much more details than other
R/C dirt racing vehicles offer.
To learn more about this
R/C vehicle, we visited with
Axial's in-house design team
at the company's facility in
Mission Viejo, California. Jamie
Seymour and Brandon Coonce
are the two masterminds
behind the YETI SCORE Trophy
Truck RTR, who revealed
some interesting secrets about
Axial's latest entry hitting
hobby stores nationwide. "We
took the combination of our
EXO and Wraith chassis and
combined them to come up
with the Yeti platform," said
