A: Halo.

A: Golfing.
Q: Favorite pregame meal?
A: Penne with vodka sauce
and chicken. I usually get
that when we (the Islanders)
play at home so I can go to
the same restaurant for it.
Q: If you weren't playing
hockey for a living, what
would you be doing?
A: That's a really good
question—I really don't know.
I went to school (at Notre
Dame) for business manage-
ment, so maybe something
along those lines, or coach-
ing youth sports.
Q: What's the best thing
about hockey in Minnesota?
A: I think the coolest thing is
that it's the State of Hockey
and we all stick together. I
see Minnesota guys around
the NHL all the time and
you always stay in touch
with them. It's kind of nice.
Minnesota's such an exciting
place to live and play hockey
growing up.

to high school and even on to college,
it's the greatest rink on earth."
