Originally a signee for USC, Isaac left Southern Cal after one season so he could be closer to home (Illinois) and play for Brady Hoke. However, if Isaac were to leave for another FBS program, he would have to sit out another year due to NCAA transfer rules. If he decides to depart Michigan and wants to play right away, he would have to transfer to a FCS or Division II school. Isaac has rushed 30 times for 205 yards and a touchdown this season but hasn't seen the field since the Michigan State game, missing three Big Ten contests in a row. • Junior tailback Derrick Green missed the Indiana game, but because of an in- jury. While Green, like most reserves, isn't satisfied with his role, he is expected to be back in 2016.
