APDALY LOPEZ NOMINATED FOR UNIVISION'S EXTREME SPORTS ATHLETE OF THE YEAR AWARD Univision, one of Latin America's leading news, sports and entertainment television networks, has nominated Apdaly Lopez as one of five contenders for the network's award honoring Extreme Athletes of the year. THE 2015 RED KAP SCORE MILESTONE AWARDS GIVEN TO NINE RACERS After completing a total of 2,303.81 race miles, nine SCORE racers have earned the Red Kap SCORE Milestone Award. Earning a Milestone Award requires finishing every SCORE race, which can be a difficult task due to so many unforeseen variables such as mechanical failures, injuries and more. "SCORE is privileged to honor the world's best desert racing drivers," said Roger Norman, SCORE CEO/ President. "For three decades, SCORE has been very pleased to present the SCORE Milestone Awards to the toughest, most rugged racers on the planet. These nine survivors of five very tough races are examples of the tenacity that SCORE desert racers exude." The two SCORE Unlimited Trophy Truck drivers who completed every challenging race mile this season are Gus Vildosola Jr, Mexicali, Mexico, and Eduardo Laguna, Mexicali, Mexico. For Vildosola Jr, it was his second SCORE Milestone Award since receiving it in 2006.
