BFGOODRICH'S RICHARD WINCHESTER RETIRES
AFTER 47 YEARS OF SERVICE
IVAN STEWART AND OTHER PRO ATHLETES
HELP HOPE SPORTS TO BUILD A HOME FOR
FAMILIES IN NEED
Guy East, professional cyclist
and founder of Hope Sports,
gathers together more than
20 athletes including off-road
racing legend Ivan Stewart, and
racer Tanner Foust, to build a
house for homeless families.
"To me it kind of grounds me
again and gives me a chance to
look around at the community,
and reminds me how fortunate
I am to have been able to do
what I have done in my racing
career," said Ivan Stewart. Hope
Sports was founded in spring
2015. Since then the non-profit
organization has built 10 homes
for the poor in Mexico and
engaged over 200 professional
athletes in serving the poor.

One of BFGoodrich's long-
time pit-crew and marketing
managers, Richard Winchester is
retiring after 47 years of service
with the company. Winchester
is well known in SCORE racing,
as he has worked and managed
the BFG pits for many years,
helping individual racers and
their teams compete in some
of the most difficult off-road
racing on the planet.
Winchester began his career
working sales at a BFGoodrich
store in Charlotte, North
Carolina. He left to serve in
the Korean War, and upon his
return, he continued working
at the same store for 10 years. "
As we (BFG) got more into the
performance market, I became
one of the performance guys
on the east coast. I got to know
the off-roaders and hot-rodders
and I sold them tires. That's
what helped me get this job in
BFG's motorsports marketing
