  COMMITMENT PROFILE In order to compete at the highest level, Michigan will need to recruit nationally, particularly in talent-rich states like California, Florida and Texas. Georgia has been on the rise as a producer of top-level talent, and U-M is making major inroads in the 2017 class. Covington (Ga.) Newton wide receiver Jeremiah Holloman is the latest addition to that group. He joins a high school classmate, run- ning back Kurt Taylor, as a future Wolverine.
