For every sign shop or installer the primary formula to use is: • Find the perfect balance between quality, durability and efficiency • Get properly paid for the time and effort For simple installs like cut vinyl or flat sections of full print on vehicles there are not that many issues that arise to complicate this formula. However, once installers have to start wrapping mirrors, door handles, bumpers with deep insets and door jambs, the formula can quickly fall apart. In order to keep that formula intact, the keys are: • Let the client's pocket book decide coverage options (give them options for the entire vehicle or specific parts) • Have a very clear idea of the time involved to install properly • Make realistic adjustments for install times based on the material being used 58 • WRAPS • 2 0 1 6
