professional racing organization. We have an amazing sport, and Roger Norman has done a lot of great things for our sport. But there are things we can do better. SJ: What is more important to you, winning a championship or winning the SCORE Baja 1000? TV: Every single year, no questions asked, winning the SCORE Baja 1000 overall is the most important thing. I could go post a big fat "L" at every race this year, and win the SCORE Baja 1000, and 2016 would be a good year. I want to win a championship because I have not done it yet, and I want to cross it off the bucket list. For sure winning the 1000 is where it's at. I can't remember who the champion was most years but I can tell you who won the 1000 almost any year since I have been racing. Last November there were three of us guys going for the Championship but there were 40 guys going for the 1000 win. SJ: Any final thoughts? TV: I am really looking forward to San Felipe and getting the year started on the right foot. This year we are going to give it hell to win the championship. I am so happy that we are going to compete at the SCORE Baja Sur 500 again. I don't care if it's out of Cabo, or La Paz, I'm just happy we get to go back down there and have fun in Baja Sur. I'm sad it wasn't a huge success in terms of entries last year. It was definitely, no doubt about it, hands down, one of the best experiences I have had in off road racing since I started. The people, the scenery, the roads, everything about racing in Baja Sur at a SCORE event is incredible. I am so glad that Roger created that race. Overall I am stoked for 2016. And we have some big plans for 2017, but I can't talk about that just yet. SJ 041 SCORE JOURNAL
