In its third year, SouthBites brings together the food com- munity's most inspired entrepreneurs, chefs, data scientists, investors, filmmakers and enthusiasts to connect and explore ways in which technology can be leveraged to transform the food industry. From agricultural innovations and sustainable meat alternatives, to tech startups geared towards helping food communities more easily discover and support the food landscape around them, this three-day-long program looks at a community of innovators, through the lens of food.
