While snow plowing had to stop for the town- ship crew after a 13 hour shift the two contract trucks kept on going. "The three contract trucks switched drivers and plowed all night and then switched again at 3 when our guys all came in," said Roads Coordina- tor Dan Chant. The contract operators weren't without problems and some delays. One of the trucks ended up on its side and was righted, while another overheated but was soon replaced by another from the contrac- tor's fleet. "All the snow was cleaned up by one or two in the afternoon on Wednesday," said Chant, Justin Martin President 613-530-0773 RR 2 Westport, ON K0G 1X0 jtmartin@kingston.net 4 Septic Systems 4 Excavating 4 Landscaping 4 Road Work 4 Rock Excavating 4 Trucking 4 Residential & Commercial Snow Plowing & Sanding 4 Damp Proofing LTD.
