This workshop is designed to equip teachers as they hone their planning process. Participants will also be given access to resources on the TES Connect platform—the largest teacher network in the world. From Washington to Silicon Valley, policymakers, hedge-fund managers, tech millionaires and more set a debate about education policy that is grounded more in personal opinion than evidence or lived experience. And all too often, the voices of those on the front lines, educators and school staff, are drowned out. We are using innova- tive approaches with the Medium platform to elevate the voices of teachers, and engage them in meaningful dialogue with policy- makers and other interested parties to help bridge the divide and ensure that educators and schools have a voice in finding solutions- -not simply having "solutions" forced on them.
