This year's design was created completely from scratch in Photoshop. Everything was done in a 300 dpi resolution and channels were built in. The finished product was output into Illustrator and translated to 10 total screens. Because of the detail, all screens, minus the white, were done on N272 to N300 tpi. The embroidery design was simplified, the type was increased, and the entire graphic was completely resized to accommodate stitches.
