94 • RV PRO • MAY 2016 rv-pro.com NEWS of Note Blue Ox Makes Four Personnel Moves Amy Bruning has been promoted to production planning manager for Blue Ox and Automatic Ag lines of products. Bruning will be responsible for scheduling the production that flows through the factory for both Blue Ox's line of RV accessories and Automatic Ag's roller mills and tractor accessories. Before her promotion, Bruning worked for Blue Ox for five years and most recently served as master scheduler. Mike Pagels has joined Automatic/Blue Ox as network admin- istrator and will be responsible for the company's internal and external computer networks. Before joining the Automatic/Blue Ox team, Pagels worked 7½ years as system adminis- trator for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Nebraska. Nathan Mueller has been promoted to financial controller for Automatic/Blue Ox. Before his promotion, Mueller served as account manager in the accounting depart- ment, having joined Automatic/Blue Ox in May 2014. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable. Randy Kelly recently joined Blue Ox as RV and truck accesso- ries sales representative and will be serving customers in Texas and Oklahoma. Before joining the Blue Ox team, Kelly worked as parts specialist for H&W Marine in Marshall, Texas, and as a parts/warranty manager for Hopes Camper Corner in Monroe, La. He also has experience in truck suspension systems for Super- lift Suspension Systems in West Monroe, La., where he served in customer service and sales. Bruning Pagels Mueller Kelly Campers Inn Opens Store in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Campers Inn RV, the nation's largest family-operated RV dealership, is con- tinuing its expansion plans by opening its newest location in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Meanwhile, the dealership also will be opening a dealership near Raleigh, N.C., as previously announced, as it solidifies its East Coast presence. "We found that many of our customers were already RVing in Myrtle Beach and opening a store there was a natural next step," said Ben Hirsch, chief operating officer of Campers Inn RV. "We are excited about being able to continue to solidify ourselves as the RVer's Trusted Resource in the eastern U.S., and the Raleigh and Myrtle Beach locations will be important parts to that strategy in 2016." Campers Inn RV of Myrtle Beach will be located in the heart of one of the East Coast's largest tourist destinations. The store will be under the direction of Alan Good, Campers Inn RV's Mid-Atlantic regional director. Jason Hoyle will be the location's general sales manager. Froman Joins K-Z as Product Manager Brent Froman has joined K-Z as a product manager for the company's M X T, S p o r t s m e n , S p r e e a n d Vi s i o n p r o d u c t l i n e s . A s such, Froman will have responsibility for product devel- opment and core K-Z product sales efforts. T h e a n n o u n c e - ment was made by Marlene Snyder, K-Z vice president of sales and mar- keting, who noted that Froman brings 17 years of RV industry experience to his new position. Froman Aqua-Hot Hires Controller, Director of Finance Aqua-Hot Heating Systems has named Travis Smith as its controller and director of finance. In his new role, Smith is responsible for all accounting and finance func- tions of Aqua-Hot, including financial statement prepara- tion and reporting.
