  WHERE ARE THEY NOW? Great Britain and her father in Ni‑ geria, so Ofili — born in the United States — had her pick of countries to compete for in the Games. "I weighed all my options, and it's a bit like choosing where to go to col‑ lege," Ofili‑Porter said. "It was very clear that Great Britain was the best fit for me. They support their athletes better than many of the federations, and I just felt like I could flourish in their system. "It was the best decision I made for my career." Ofili‑Porter will vie for a spot on the team when she competes at the Great Britain Olympic Trials June 24‑26. The top two finishers from each event au‑ tomatically make the roster while a third athlete is added at the Olympic committee's discretion. "It's just really been a huge bless‑ ing to be able to run against the best," Ofili‑Porter said. "Just to continue to perfect my skills in a professional capacity, with tremendous support, with a great husband and family, and my Michigan family that still sup‑ ports me … hopefully one day I'll be the best in the world." ❏ Michigan Accomplishments: Five-time national champion, winning the 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Indoor Championships in 2008 and 2009, and the 100-meter outdoor hurdles titles in 2007, 2008 and 2009 … Won six Big Ten titles (three each in the 60- and 100-meter hurdles) … Named the Big Ten Indoor Athlete of the Year in 2008 and 2009 … Academic All-Big Ten from 2007-09 and a five-time Michigan Athletic Academic Achievement award win- ner (2006-10). Michigan Memory: "My sophomore year, we finished third nationally in outdoors and we did it again for indoors my junior year, and to be able to share such an accomplishment with your teammates, friends and coaches was incredible. "Coach [James] Henry dubbed our class as the greatest senior class in pro- gram history so to say we left our legacy on Michigan history is very special." Professional Accomplishments: Has won 11 medals in international compe- titions competing for the United States (2006-09) and Great Britain (2010-pres- ent), including a gold in the 100-meter hurdles at the 2014 European Cham- pionships … Placed second in 2012, third in 2014 and third in 2016 in the 60-meter hurdles at the World Indoor Championships … Ran for Great Britain at the 2012 London Olympic Games and is a favorite to represent her country in the 2016 Rio Games … Works part-time as a pharmacist for CVS when her track schedule allows. Education: Enrolled in Michigan's College of Pharmacy after three years of undergraduate education, and earned her pharmacy degree in 2012.
