The approach can be extended to small groups of users with similar issues, such as members of the same practice group, providing more targeted learning opportunities with a much higher payback for the user. Learning Never Ends Traditional training is becoming less and less effective, and the legal profession needs to learn how to deal with this trend over time. While we can't realistically expect to eliminate classroom training overnight, we can start to address the unmet needs of our user community by utilizing approaches that reflect daily learning habits. Many law firms have already embraced new approaches to learning with great success. The challenges are great, and the result could be an unprecedented level of learning within law firms. We hope you will join us in the quest to end training as we know it, without ending learning.
