AT FIESTA DEL
MAR
SCORE International's
partnership with the city of
Rosarito Beach, Baja, MX was
showcased at the Fiesta Del
Mar, held April 30 at the Imperial
Beach Pier Plaza in Imperial
Beach, CA. SCORE was out in
full force with it's 18-wheeler
trailer, booths, race vehicles,
sponsor banners, and flags to
promote the much anticipated
new SCORE Rosarito Beach
Desert Challenge, scheduled
for the weekend of September
14-18. This inaugural event
would not be possible without
the hard work of the Rosarito
Beach team consisting of the
Mayor, Silvano Abarca Mackilis
(second from right), Rosarito
Beach Tourism and Convention
Committee President Manuel
Padres Perez-Verdia (third from
left), and Jim Ryan, SCORE
Marketing & Sales Director.
Aside from race vehicles and
race information, the Warrior
Built race team were also
present to help promote SCORE
and the Warrior Built program
for veterans. Attending from
Warrior Built were Gio and
Seth, both combat veterans
that are the embodiment of the
Warrior Built spirit in projecting
a supporting and challenging
program for returning veterans.
