Dahlgren's confidence in
front of the camera and with a
microphone comes from her
love for everything off-road.
As an experienced motorcycle
rider, she understands what
two-wheel and four-wheel
competitors go through
during a tough race in Baja.
She began her career as a
Monster Energy girl and used
her "gift of gab", as well as
her knowledge of the sport to
rise to the top, becoming the
Monster Energy Miss Supercross;
a title she held for five years.
As her experience hosting
and interviewing increased,
Dahlgren's career expanded
into a variety of areas, including
SCORE International, something
she's very proud of and part of
a career goal that she wants to
pursue for as long as possible.
Always on the move, SCORE
Journal caught up with
Dahlgren to talk about her
career, her relationship with
SCORE, and future plans.
OVER THE YEARS,
DAHLGREN HAS
EARNED THE RESPECT
OF SCORE FANS AND
RACERS LIKE ROB
MACCACHREN, AND
MANY OTHERS.
SJ: How did you come to
get involved with SCORE
and be one of the hosts and
presenters at its various events?
Dahlgren: I have a friend who
at one time worked for SCORE
International and Monster
Energy. He suggested to Roger
and Elise Norman that they
hire me and the rest is history.
SJ: You were the Monster
Energy Miss Supercross
for five years, how did
that come about?
Dahlgren: I worked my ass
off and made sure I did more
and more as Miss SX every
year. Traditionally the role
was a trophy girl, but also
DHALGREN ISN'T
JUST A PRETTY
FACE. SHE DOES HER
HOMEWORK AND
KNOWS THE RIGHT
QUESTIONS TO ASK
MOTORCYCLE RACERS
SUCH AS COLTON
UDALL AND FORMER
SCORE PRO MOTO
UNLIMITED CHAMPION
JOHNNY CAMPBELL.
