street is that someone has swooped up three adjoining lots on
Palisades Avenue! Over an acre of crème de la crème, prime real estate!
The newly purchased lots were sold privately and never hit the MLS.
The now closed retirement home on the corner of 4th and Montana is
said to become a culinary school for children. Modeled after a
popular Berkeley cooking school, this sounds like an interesting addition
the neighborhood!
