MORALE MAIL ABOUT MORALE MAIL Canadian Forces family members and friends are able to send letter mail and parcels to deployed Canadian Forces members free of charge. Please see dimension allowances and mail drop off locations below. Can't get to a designated drop-off location? Contact us for more information about how you can get your special message to your deployed soldier. LOCAL MORALE MAIL DROP OFF LOCATIONS LOCATION HOURS OF OPERATION South Side Community Centre, 1578 Wolfe Avenue Mon – Fri 08:15 – 18:00 The Family Centre, 12 Reichwald Cres. Mon - Fri 08:00-16:30 PMFRC North Side, 10-16 Regalbuto Avenue Mon - Fri 08:00-16:30 Base Mailroom, Bldg S-111, CFB Petawawa Mon – Fri 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:30 PACKAGING AND INSURANCE All packages must be securely packaged to avoid damage and leaking. Place breakable items or liquid substances within a strong outer container to avoid damaging other items. Canadian Forces Morale Mail is not insurable or traceable. RETURN ADDRESS Place the return address and phone number in the top left corner of parcels. CUSTOMS AND CONTENT LIST All parcels are subject to inspection by the host country's customs officials. Therefore, write a detailed list of contents on the bottom left corner of all parcels. Details are available on the Canada Post website https://www.canadapost.ca/tools/pg/ FREE HOLIDAY CANADA POST DELIVERY During the holiday season, Canada Post offers free parcel delivery as well as free letter mail delivery to our deployed troops.
