BOAT Familiarize yourself with the necessary procedures required for opening your boat. Depending on which type, design, or style you have, this may differ between boats. It is important that you know what is necessary for the one that you own, and that you are able to take care of it properly during a deployment. If you are not comfortable with doing this yourself, you should consider contacting your local marina to see who can do this for you, and what storage options are available.
