IMPROVING COMMUNICATIONS IN PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS (ICM)
This program helps participants to improve communication by learning the attitudes and skills required to manage
conflict effectively.
MANAGING ANGRY MOMENTS (MAM)
MAM helps individuals by identifying successful coping strategies that they already use in anger-generating
situations and by providing opportunities to learn and practice new skills.
TOP FUEL FOR PERFORMANCE (TFP)
TFTP is a nutrition workshop for athletes, soldiers and other physically active people.
MENTAL FITNESS & SUICIDE AWARENESS GENERAL (MFSA)
In our MFSA program, we will discuss the importance of mental fitness and resiliency, how to address stigma and
how to strengthen our own mental fitness.
