Getting that non-biased opinion and acting correctly with that knowledge is what can take your business to the next level. Trying to get a customer, new or old, to step out and speak their mind can be a daunting task. However, there are a few different ways to go about collecting that targeted information. HOW TO ASK PAPER , One of the oldest methods of getting customer feedback is the use of a paper survey. Typing up a few review questions in a word document allows for simplicity, and you can print as many cop- ies as you want at any time. The best time to utilize a paper survey is directly following a session of skating classes or lessons. When a skater is given their evaluation form, a survey can be attached with questions that are focused on the class, coaches and facility.
