The Town of Jackson, Wyoming, is receiving bid proposals for a used R22 hockey rink ice plant system that was originally installed in 1992. This ice plant system is an indirect R22 commercial grade, direct expansion system with four Copeland semi- hermetic compressors (M/N 8DP1-5000-TSK-800), one Century Refrigeration air-cooled condenser with sixteen 1 hp. fans, four rink pumps (40, 15, 5 and 2hp) and one subfloor heating pump (1/2- hp). The estimated system capacity is 64-72 tons (16-18 tons per compressor). Three of the four compressors have been replaced. The ice plant compressors will have the R22 Freon reclaimed into holding tanks and will be pressurized with nitrogen. This used ice plant system can be inspected at: Snow King Conference & Event Center (100 East Snow King Avenue Jackson, Wyoming). Bid Proposals must include shipping and handling from Jackson, Wyoming. This ice plant system is strictly an "as-is" system, no guarantees or warrantees are implied or expressed. This ice plant system is considered to have a minimum value of $20,000. Separate sealed bids shall be received by the Town of Jackson, Wyoming, at the office of the Town Clerk at 150 E.
