There are too many things to discuss when it comes to tripping over dollars. Just keep that idea in your mind and reassess your decisions frequently. Ask yourself if this is the best use of your time to make more money. If it isn't, do something else. OFFER GOOD, BETTER, AND BEST OPTIONS When a customer calls to order caps or T-shirts, are you giving them options? You need to start doing this right away. Studies regularly show that when a consumer is offered good, better, or best options, they overwhelmingly choose better or best.
