Pablo Bolivar shows quality 'form' with Space and Form. The three-track offering takes you on a very interesting journey, channeling three very different kinds of electronic music. 'Otherwise' kicks things off! The deeply melodic track uses a very powerful baseline and hypnotic synths. At seven minutes long this track is a marathon rather than a sprint. Without the percussion, the track would easily become a bit of a drag. The second track is titled 'Vanished' and frames itself around trippy techno melodies. Again, the melodic synths are a mainstay throughout the track. The trance feel is incredibly clear but with the inclusion of the progressive chord stabs it keeps the track from sounding like a pre-2010 production. To finish things off we have the title track 'Space and Form', a lot smoother than the other tracks. Relaxed beats and warmer sounds carry you through this last track and it is a fitting end giving the more intense nature of the first two! Tube and Berger's new LP is the ultimate techno record we've all been waiting for! Some of the best in house and techno tunes will be taking over Fabric on the 2nd of July! GUESTLIST RECOMMENDS: TUBE & BERGER Bound to guarantee you a hot dance floor, DJ W!ld has gained international recognition with his " dirty and sexy house music." With more than 300 releases under his belt and a long standing residency at Circoloco in Ibiza, DJ W!ld is going to make this one legendary night! Joining the DJ is WYSI! boss Jacob Husley, Peter Pixzel and Carlos Ryan, all bringing their own style of techno sounds, that will have you buzzing all night long. Growing up in a small town in Germany and faced with the boredom that comes with suburbia, Tube & Berger, (aka Arndt Roerig and Marko Vidovic), looked to music early. Their 2012 debut LP Introlution received much praise and gave them the recognition they deserved. The duo's latest album We are all Stars tries to build on their trademark club-ready grooves, to incorporate more of a 'live sounding' indietronica styling. The record is 12 tracks long, 'Dust Feel' and 'Burning Road' are great examples of Tubes and Berger's work. They have a reputation for dominating clubs and filling rooms, but this LP is as intimate as it gets. Smooth and beautifully layered with the percussion keeping the rhythm upbeat, while not overpowering the songs with other elements. This is an LP that can be enjoyed through headphones and at a club, an all too rare quality. EVENT PREVIEW: FABRIC'S WETYOURSELF!
