Issue 42 / 2012 THE GUESTLIST NETWORK www.guestlist.net 9 7 BCM PLANET DANCE Our week kicked off with DJ Sammy as he hosted the world famous, eccentric Supermartxe night where we naked exotic dancers and wild light shows. The audience were even treated to a surprise live sex show...yes a real life sex show where the couple were getting down and dirty! Undoubtedly one of the UK's biggest home-grown stars Tinie Tempah was the headline guest on the Sunday night and the crowd were crazy, the club was packed out and hyped up the crowd with the old school classic track ´Pass Out´ where everyone was screaming every word, he also dropped his new tune with Calvin Harris 'Drinking From The Bottle'. Monday night Cream Mallorca brought us Grammy award winning Skrillex, he came with his mad energy, sick basslines and total mash up of all genres, the club was electric with mad mosh pits everywhere. Dropping the unexpected Fatman Scoop track ´Be Faithful´ with a dubstep spin, Skrillex even brought an extra two speakers into the DJ booth where he was wedged in between. Famous for his live shows, he without a doubt bought the beats all night. saw Mallorca Live is the party held every Tuesday in the new Open Air Plaza in BCM Square behind the club and Example was joined by DJ Wire where they both shut the place down. Its the first full season that Mallorca Live has brought their unique concept to the island and we are sure it will not be the last judging from the crowds reaction. Example was full of energy as usual and was playing games and interacting with the 7,000 party goers. We even had Calvin Harris who invaded the stage during Example's set where they were promoting their chart topping new single ' We'll Be Coming Back'. This night was full of pure jokes and wicked vibes in the open air venue. The night was topped off with the legendary Judge Jules and Danny Howard who played inside the BCM club. The end of our trip ended on a high as Calvin Harris was back, but this time heading up his own show at the club with his residency Cream Mallorca. The Scottish singer- songwriter, record producer and DJ was jumping around, clapping with the crowd playing favourite tunes such as 'Your Not Alone' and 'We Found Love' a surprise appearance from Award winning BCM Planet Dance invited us over to get involved in some crazy ass parties! We headed over for five very eventful days where Tinie Tempah, Calvin Har- ris, Example and Skrillex all smashed amazing shows. ft Rihanna in between switching it up and mixing classics such as Daft Punk 'Around The World'. Now one of the top ten clubs in the world according to DJ Mag, you can see why the nights here are always a sell out success and even though Magaluf is not shy about its reputation as a hedonistic party goers' paradise and may carry a certain stigma, from start to the finish you are kept entertained with stunning shows, lights, fire, dancers, and some of the hottest names in music. Boasting such an epic lineup all year round and impressive newly installed Funktion1 Soundsystem which pumps out over 10,000 watts of pure sound every night, this can be seen as one of the most ultimate clubbing experiences.
