With the easy pull of a non-removable pin, the operator can change to a vertical operating position for large logs without having to strain. Powered by a Honda GX270 engine, the unit features auto- idle reduction, which reduces fuel consumption and operating noise, as well as prolongs engine life. Accepting logs up to 25 inches long, the BHVH3715GX has a cycle time of 14 seconds. High-pressure hoses are covered with a nylon sleeve to protect the hose from wear caused by weather and provide protection against pinhole leaks. A rubber torsion axle provides a smoother towing experience. Protective fenders provide protection from debris and road spray when transporting. Standard features include an engine guard, a log tray, a log dislodger and heavy-duty fenders. Iron & Oak/Great Northern Equipment Tomahawk Teeth by Leonardi Tomahawk Teeth by Leonardi are the fastest-cutting, bolt-on, stump-grinding teeth on the market. The stump- grinding teeth may be changed in less than a minute with the Leonardi Speed Wrench. Tomahawk teeth allow for cross-overs, and the reversible mounting blocks allow for installation from either side of the wheel. Tomahawks are available with regular carbide or hard carbide for sandy soils. Leonardi Mfg. M1 Blueshark cutting system A Leonardi M1 cutting system is now available for smaller stump grinders up to 50 hp. The M1 Blueshark cutting system simplifies tooth ordering and maintenance as only 1 type of tooth is needed for the entire wheel — no more rights, lefts, straights or pockets are needed. Each tooth is 3-position indexable, and only 1 tool is required for changing and indexing, saving the operator time and money. M1 Blueshark's reduced wheel weight allows for easier maneuverability, decreased operator effort, better balance, and less clutch and belt wear. It has improved cutting in both directions and allows for plunging. Leonardi Mfg. MacKissic Mighty Mac 12P series The MacKissic Mighty Mac 12P series of shredder-chippers is ideal for homeowners looking for toughness, versatility, and speed for those big jobs. Each model provides dependable, professional-level operation in a machine that can be used season after season and year after year for debris cleanup, gardening, and landscaping. The 12P's 3.5-inch chipping capacity, 40-pound rotor and flywheel weight, 24 heat-treated hammers, large-feed hoppers, centrifugal clutch, and available assortment of discharge screens enable the operator to get the job done quickly and easily. All models have pneumatic tires and are offered with either 2 wheels and handlebars (12P) or 4 wheels and a tow bar (12PT). An optional electric-start towable unit (12PTE) is also available. MacKissic, Inc. MacKissic Merry Commercial stump cutter MacKissic's Merry Commercial stump cutter makes stump grinding easy. When working from the cutter-head end of the machine, the operator can see the stump and cutter head at all times. The ability to see the work in progress makes for faster and safer stump removal. A quick and easy flip of the handle to the engine end allows the operator to remove stumps in confined areas. The angled cutter head orientation and carbide cutter teeth provide smooth stump removal. The braking system stops the cutter head in less than 3 seconds. MacKissic, Inc.
