SITE lines | Issue 1 March 20, 2017 2 "Ascend Achieve Excel" to guide our actions for the year. Our board is committed to ascending to new levels of service and value for our members. We recognize that we must continue to offer new and engaging networking, educational and volunteer opportunities that keep our members active and encourage new people to join. We must also be focused on achieving our goals and not lose sight of them as challenges arise. The mountain in the t heme logo has peaks and valleys which are symbolic of the successes and challenges that we face as a chapter, a board and as individuals in the incentive industry. It seems as though the obstacles we face in this industry continue to grow, but by working t ogether, they can be overcome. And finally, in keeping with Canadian tradition, we want to excel in ways that we haven't before, continue to raise the bar and support our peers in the industry to do the same. In a year of growth and celebration, the Boar d of Directors welcomes your participation on a committee. You will get so much more out of your membership by being involved and making connections. We are all happy to help you get involved in any way we can, please reach out to us at any time if you hav e questions. Our Board are all outstanding veterans of the incentive industry and I am thrilled to be working alongside them this year. The progress they have all made with their committees in just the first six weeks of the year is inspiring and I can't w ait to see what they do next.
