Lauderdale, Pennsylvania-based Yuasa Bat- tery announced it is continuing as a sponsor of the Legends and Heroes Moto Museum rig that will appear at numerous Supercross and Motocross events across the country in 2017. As part of the sponsorship, Yuasa will have a display at the Moto Museum tractor trailer and will have advisors on hand to help consumers with any technical questions they may have about powersports batteries and charging systems. "Yuasa has been a valued partner for the Legends and Heroes Moto Museum, and we are happy to have them continue as a spon- sor," said Alex Moroz, general managing partner of the Legends and Heroes Tour. "The support from Yuasa helps us continue to share the heritage of this great sport with the next generation of motocross fans." The Legends and Heroes Moto Museum displays a history of Supercross and Moto- cross using a state-of-the-art museum built inside a tractor trailer. Fans are entertained and educated with a loop of video assets on outdoor display screens and on the Moto Museum's video wall inside. A volunteer staff guides fans through the Legends and Heroes experience and answers any questions about the great machines and history of motocross. It is estimated that more than 1 million fans will visit the Legends and Heroes Moto Museum in 2017. The Legends and Heroes Moto Museum can be seen all across the country from the Monster Energy Super- cross series, the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Series as well as select other events. EX-MAG EXEC LAUNCHES OWN BRAND Rod Derifield, most recently president of the Motorsport Aftermarket Group (MAG) Off- Road Group — overseeing DragonFire, Mal- colm Smith Racing, ProTaper, QuadBoss and Renthal — has launched ROR Brands. The company's ini- tial products will focus on seats and related accessories, with plans to expand the product lineup. The company will make its debut April 26-29 at the Laughlin River Run. "ROR Brands is founded on strength of passion for the powersports industry and our commitment to elevate the riding experi- ence," said Derifield, who managed the five MAG brands with more than $50 million in sales in the U.S. and the U.K. "We want every rider to enjoy every ride in comfort … for as long as they want." BEL-RAY, CAREY HART TEAM UP Bel-Ray announced a partnership with Carey Hart in which Hart will appear with the brand at several events in 2017, including the Hot Bike Tour and the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Hart is co-owner of the RCH/Yoshimura/ Suzuki Factory Racing Team, one of the most successful teams currently competing in the AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross Series, and is also supported by Bel-Ray. Most recently, RCH won the 2016 AMA Pro Moto- cross title. "I've been using Bel-Ray for many years in Supercross and Motocross races with my team," said Hart. "It only makes sense to extend this partnership to my V-twin motor- cycles as well." With this new partnership, Bel-Ray will become the Official Oil Partner of Carey Hart. "We're thrilled to work with Carey Hart in 2017," said Debby Neubauer, Bel-Ray vice president of marketing. HJC REVEALS FG-MX OFF-ROAD HELMET HJC has released its newest off-road helmet, the FG-MX. The FG-MX helmet is composed of HJC's Advanced Fiberglass Composite Shell for a lightweight, superior fit and com- fort using advanced CAD technology.
