The Ampang Park Light Rail Transit (LRT) is located at the hotel's doorstep for quick access to Petronas Twin Tower and Suria KLCC. FRONT DESK The lobby at level 40 of the Green Building Index-certified building features Venezuelan artist Claudia Bueno's evocative light installation, which changes colours with the time. To the left, the hotel's social hub – TRACE restaurant & bar – serves a healthy breakfast featuring refreshing smoothies, pastries and dishes made from local produce. ROOM SERVICE The hotel has 252 rooms across nine room types, including studio units as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom suites. Each room features the signature Heavenly bed, an oversized desk and ergonomic chair, set in a naturally light-filled open space. Suites are furnished with a kitchenette featuring energy-efficient appliances as well as an NSF-certified filtered water system. Thoughtful touches include spa-inspired amenities made from plant-based infusions and certified organic ingredients. ENTERTAIN Healthy living is a key focus for the hotel, which aims to offer guests the opportunity to keep fit on the go. On the Wellness Level 39, guests can take a dip in the indoor pool, or take part in complimentary scheduled yoga and Zumba classes at the 24-hour fitness centre. For the adventurous, Element offers a Bike Lending Programme that allows guests to explore the sights of Kuala Lumpur in their free time. MEETING POINT The hotel offers four versatile meeting rooms that can cater to business and social functions. These naturally light- filled spaces are fitted with modular furnishings, easy-access power outlets and all-in-one connectivity stations, ensuring meetings run without a hitch. Keeping to its green positioning, Sustainable Meeting Practices (SMP) are used in two rooms, ERA and Discover, which helps to reduce water waste and clutter.
