SCANLON MOTORSPORTS GROUP UNVEILS A
NEW FACTORY RIGID / ROCKSTAR POLARIS RZR
OFF-ROAD RACING PROGRAM
Polaris' Chief Marketing & Retail Officer, Craig Scanlon recently unveiled a new
racing program under the Scanlon Motorsports Group (SMG). The factory backed
Rigid Industries/Rockstar Energy Polaris RZR team will consist of driver Craig
Scanlon, navigator Keith Redstrom, and veteran off-road racer Alan Kleinemas as
the team's Crew Chief. "This race team is the culmination of nine years in off-road,
five years of professional racing, and the encouragement and support of countless
people across the sport," said Scanlon.
Working with Mark Holz at Holz Racing Products Scanlon converted a Polaris
RZR XP-4 Turbo into a lightweight and powerful two-seat race machine. Sponsored
by Rigid Industries and Rockstar Energy Drink, the SMG team will make its first
SCORE debut at the SCORE Baja 500. SJ
