"We don't have the biggest
footprint as far as land is
concerned," Peckham said.
"We do have a driving range
and a very nice short-game
practice area. But we're
fenced in with park land
on the outside of us. It's
an ideal location for our
membership. There are a lot
of professionals, university
medical staff, lawyers and
accountants."
Peckham found more than
the outdoors attracted him to
golf.
"I really like the intuitive part
of the business," he said. "I
know we're data driven now,
but I like the things you do in
relation to the weather and
