CITY WEED ORDINANCE NOTICE TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN LIMITS OF CITY OF IDAHO FALLS PLEASE HELP OUR COMMUNITY WITH WEED CONTROL BY MEETING COMPLIANCE TO CITY CODES PER- TAINING TO ALL P ROPERTY, WITH SPECIAL ATTENTION TO VACANT LOTS. THIS COULD BE A POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD. 5-26-2: LITTER: Garbage, junk refuse and weeds as defined herein. WEEDS: Any plant, growing or dead, more than ten inches in height, measured form the surface of the ground, except plants grown for ornamental purposes or for production of food for man or beast. Noxious plants, regardless of height, shall be considered weeds.
