It came in the form of an offensive shake-up with a new offen- sive coordinator and QB coach. Brian Ferentz moves into the coordina- tor role, while Ken O'Keefe is back on campus to coach the quarterbacks. O'Keefe previously ran the offense for the Hawkeyes until 2011. They'll direct a unit that has one of the Big Ten's best — if not the na- tion's best — offensive lines, a group that won the Joe Moore Award for the top line in football. Five players are back who started at least six games up front last season, including a pair of fifth-year senior tackles (Boone Myers, Ike Boettger), a potential All-America guard (Sean Welsh) and like- ly one of the top centers in college (James Daniels).
