Flavors include a hint of oak, coconut and sugar cane, the company says, making it ideal for white rum cocktails such as the Daiquiri, Mojito, Piña Colada and Cuba Libre. SRP: $23 per 750-ml. bottle. This expression is fi nished for six months in medium-toast cabernet sauvignon barrels from the Paso Robles region of Cali- fornia. Tastes of caramel and butterscotch, the company reports, with red grapes notes and layers of spice and vanilla. 40.5% ABV. The next Noble Collection whisky will release in 2018. In 1761, the Camarena Family co-founded the town of Arandas, now the "epicenter of artisanal highland tequila production," the company says. In its heart sits Mexico's largest bell, which inspired the new packaging both the shape of its bottle and the embossing on its glass. Winemaker Kryss Speegle created this Californian red blend from ruby cabernet, montepulciano, rubired and cabernet sauvignon. Displays hints of raspberries and black currents, the company says. 12.7% ABV. URL: www.myxfusions.com RHETORIC 23-YEAR-OLD The tenth release from the Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company and the fourth in the Rhetoric series of progressively aged whiskeys. Aged three years longer than the fi rst release, it is slightly more mature and carries a higher proof (90.6). The whiskey will continue to be progressively aged and re-released annually at a year older, allowing whiskey afi cionados to collect the series. Mash bill: 86% corn, 8% barley, 6% rye. URL: www.orphanbarrel.com CÔTES DE PROVENCE AOP ROSÉS The importer August Wine Group will produce two estate-grown rosés with the Fabre family of Provence, both under the Fabre en Provence brand moniker: Côtes de Provence AOP Rosé, and Côtes de Provence AOP Cru Classé Rosé. The former is a blend of black grenache, syrah and cin- sault. The latter is a blend of Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache. SRP: $15 and $22, respectively, per 750-ml. bottle.
