Tintillo has fresh and fruity aromas reminiscent of strawberries, raspberries and cherries, the company says, combined with fl oral and herbaceous notes. URL: www.monin.com NEWPORT STORM BREWERY ARISTOTLE Tannins and oak are apparent in this barrel-aged farmhouse ale, after laying in American White Oak barrels for six months, the company reports. The brewers discovered a yeast strain that creates spice, pepper and clove fl avors while adding sweet aro- mas of stone fruit. Golding and Tettanang hops give this brew spice notes and earthy hints, the company says, while Canada pale malt and malted wheat lend its golden color and a touch of sweetness. 9% ABV, 20 IBUs, and 40 plato SRM. Contains spirits a minimum age of four years old and is 100 proof. Non-chill fi ltered with no post-distillation addition of apple fl avor or essences, no boisé, sugar or caramel color. It can be served straight from the chilled can, over ice in a glass, and with or without a slice of lime. Novo Fogo's distillery is at the edge of the Atlantic Rainforest in the southern Brazilian state of Paraná.
