PHOTO BY LARRY BLANKENSHIP Key Players To Watch Senior outside hitter Bree Bailey The tallest player on the team at 6-4 and a trans- fer from Arizona State, Bailey was voted to the Pac- 12 All-Freshman team in 2013, invited to the 2014 U.S. Women's National Volleyball Open Tryouts and then named honorable mention All-Pac-12 in 2015. She was also part of the Pac-12 Volleyball All-Star Team that travelled to China in the sum - mer of 2016. Senior outside hitter Julia Brown As a junior, Brown blossomed for the Pack fol- lowing her breakout sophomore campaign in 2015. She notched double-digit kills in 27 of 32 matches and set new NC State rally-scoring era records for kills in a season (489) and a match (31 in a five-set win against Syracuse). She was named first-team All-ACC. Senior middle blocker Kaitlyn Kearney Kearney led the Wolfpack with 129 blocks a sea- son ago, and was third on the team with 263 kills and 351.5 total points. "Kaitlyn is such a leader at that position, and she is a senior," head coach Linda Hampton-Keith said. "Kaitlyn has really anchored that position down, and now we have to figure out what else."
