I M P A C T O F A C C O M P L I S H M E N T S O N E Empowering clients by providing them with informa on, referrals and services. T W O Con nuous praise from clients who have received a welcome call. F O U R Many posi ve feedbacks from clients on the fact that they received a Welcome Package prior to arriving to Petawawa. It is extremely important to us to stop the run around that members and their families some- mes experience. When clients come through our door it is crucial that they leave with accurate answers and /or referrals. F I V E One-on-one informa on sessions about our services with couples or families who come in to The Family Centre, usually on their house hun ng trip. These info sessions give the families confidence to successfully relocate. T H R E E Mul ple briefings resulted in many members coming in to pick up a Deployment binder and Emergency Child Care Kit. S I X Increasing hours to fully staff The Family Centre and the South Side Community Centre to ensure a con nuous level of excellent customer service.
