E M P L O Y M E N T S E R V I C E S L O U I S E A N D E R S O N A S S I S T E D 2 5 3 I N A S S I S T E D S E R V I C E A C C O M P L I S H M E N T S + A C T I V I T I E S In the 2016-2017 fiscal year 74% of the individuals that came into assisted service found employment and another 9% entered training or post-secondary educa on as a step towards making themselves more marketable in our labour market. Staff par cipated in Employment Coach Cer ficate Training. This training had a real impact on the service we were able to provide to clients. In the 2015-2016 fiscal year we closed with 65% of individuals who were assisted finding employment. This year it was 74%.
