The focus is on preven on, educa on, and promo ng general health and well-being within our Military community. We give Military families the opportunity to share common experiences and to develop informal, sup- por ve rela onships with peers through access to programs, services and resources that support skill development and personal growth as well as encourage social and personal interac ons. A C C O M P L I S H M E N T S + A C T I V I T I E S Programs are selected by taking into considera on: feedback from the community and community needs, and specific criteria from our funders and stakeholders to reach a variety of clientele that we serve including adults, youth, children, single members, francophone, and Canadian Special Opera ons Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) families. 5 4 E D U C A T I O N A N D P R E V E N T I O N P R O G R A M S • 14 programs for ages 0-6 years • 14 programs for elementary age group • 2 youth programs • 24 adult programs
