RANGE
MARKS END
OF 7-YEAR
PROJECT
Crane Creek Country Club
in Boise, Idaho, unveiled a
brand new golf course and re-
designed practice area to its
members when phase two of
the master plan finished in July.
As the club hosted the Canyon
Classic, its annual men's
member/guest tournament,
players were greeted by a
vastly improved practice facility
featuring two new practice
putting greens, a designated
practice green for pitching
and chipping, a doubling of
full-swing hitting stations and
a range that accommodates
300-plus yard drives with
premium Titleist practice balls.
They also played three entirely
new holes on the back nine and
attempted to avoid 35 newly-
designed, on-course bunkers.
The reopening of Crane
Creek's back nine marks
the completion of a project
encompassing two new indoor
tennis courts and an outdoor
stadium court, complementing
Practice green and Number 18
