The Endless Libero C4 fea- tures an automated hotfix setting machine, laying down round elements (up to four at one time) from 2–8 millimeters continuously. It can create designs up to 32 cm wide by an endless length because of its continuous feed construction. The Libero C4 starts with a roll of transfer tape on one side of the machine. The machine separates the backing from the clear transfer side and carries it through the conveyor. As it is pushed through the conveyor, the design is created with a robotic setting arm, placing the elements directly onto the sticky side of the paper. The backing is placed on the back of the completed design for storage. The machine cuts/separates each design transfer. The GTX print head contains ap- proximately three times the number of nozzles than its previous print heads. This allows for prints at 1,200 X 1,200 dpi in a single pass. The GTX's design stacks the white print head behind the CMY, resulting in a fully printed design when the platen comes out. With Graphix Lab printing software decorators can import artwork, add text, rotate/size/position elements, and apply artistic effects. Both Graphix Lab and the GTX print driver are available for Mac and PC. Visit: www.brotherdtg.com | Call: 866-750-2543
