32 THE SHOP OCTOBER 2017 Corvette Wheel Katech, Clinton Township, Michigan, introduces the new KT1 wheel for C6 and C7 Corvettes. Developed in collaboration with forged aluminum performance wheel manufacturer Forgeline, the distinctive Katech-branded wheels are designed for strength and weight savings. Made of precision-machined forged aluminum, the unique five-spoke monoblock design is offered for C6 Z06 and C7 Z06 models, as well as the C6 ZR1 and C6/C7 Grand Sport. Its styling showcases the factory carbon-ceramic brake rotors offered on those models. Fuel Pumps TI Automotive, Auburn Hills, Michigan, presents its 255 LPH automotive fuel pumps, formerly branded as Walbro 255 LPH automotive fuel pumps. Available in a variety of options, the TI Automotive GSS line of high- performance in-tank pumps can handle 500-plus hp in a wide range of high- efficiency, high-performance automotive makes. High-pressure relief versions have been released, and the company also offers an in-line fuel pump. Billet Aluminum Hood Pins Eddie Motorsports, Rancho Cucamonga, California, presents Billet Aluminum Hood Pins offered in three styles and two different mounting methods: through-bolt or blind-tapped. Engineered and machined in the U.S., the hood pin kits come complete with a billet adjuster nut and flip-over pin with integral tether. They are precision CNC-machined from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum and available in raw machined, bright polished, black or clear anodized finishes. Aluminum Flywheels McLeod Racing, Placentia, California, presents its Tuner Series products for import performance vehicles. The line now includes aluminum flywheels for 2013-'16 FR-S/BR-Z/GT86 applications. The flywheels provide strength and durability to maintain an efficient driveline. They are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and feature a replaceable friction surface and 1045 steel-hardened ring gear. Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator DeatschWerks, Oklahoma City, introduces the DWR2000 Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator that supports up to 2,000 hp. The fuel pressure regulator is constructed with 100-percent E85-compatible materials such as stainless steel, anodized aluminum and nitrile. Designed for the 750- to 2,000-hp range, it handles 1,000 lph of flow. The regulators are offered in anodized black or titanium finishes, as well as DW orange for a limited time, and have two -10 AN ORB inlets and a -8 AN ORB outlet. An optional 0- to 100- psi mechanical gauge is available. Two-Step Diesel Additive Treatment Plan Hot Shot's Secret, Mt. Gilead, Ohio, offers a new, two-step fuel additive treatment plan developed to work with all diesel engines. Hot Shot's Secret Diesel Extreme is formulated as a top-tier lubricity additive, moisture dispersant and fuel stabilizer that restores power and performance. Diesel Extreme is used first in the two-step treatment, cleaning the fuel tank, fuel lines and injectors.
