10 • A&E NOVEMBER 2017 JDS Introduces New Sales Representative Al Fitzmaurice JDS Industries announces the addition of its new sales representative, Al Fitzmaurice. Formerly working as a customer service fabrication specialist, Fitzmaurice has been with the company for over 11 years. In his new role as sales representative, he will serve customers in central territories including Minnesota, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. "He has traveled to trade shows throughout the United States and has played an integral part in many projects in the Fabrication Department," says JDS Marketing Specialist Brenna Walsh. "Fitzmaurice has extensive knowledge of products and personalization processes to help customers grow their business." Heat Transfer Warehouse Welcomes Inventory and Customer Service Team Members Heat Transfer Warehouse announces the addition of two new members to its inventory and customer service team. In her new role as inventory specialist, Alisa Marie Drew contributes to the inventory team and quarterly goals, demonstrating a daily embrace of the company's core values. With a bachelor's degree in sociology, she says it was her love of arts and crafts that drew her to this position. "I'm an arts and crafts geek and vinyl is right up that alley," Drew tells A&E magazine. "I enjoy that this job breaks me out of my comfort shell and gives me the opportunity to be a little crazy and out of the box, for example, with our bi- weekly team-building activities." A fast learner, she hopes to become an asset to Heat Transfer Warehouse by being a great team player. The company also welcomes its newest customer service representative, Sara Worner. In her new role, Worner assists and educates customers about the company's product and service offerings and uses, as well as resolving any potential issues, "all while being super friendly," she notes. With a bachelor's degree in accounting, Worner has a background in bookkeeping and payroll for the past seven years before she came across the opportunity at Heat Transfer Warehouse. "I got really ON THE MOVE News ON THE MOVE Drew Worner Fitzmaurice Marco Awards Group Moves California Warehouse Marco Awards Group announces the relocation of its California warehouse. Previously located at 10701 Nor- walk Blvd. in Santa Fe Springs, the new warehouse will be located at 1514 Gage Road in Montebello, California. According to Marco's Joe Cappetta, the move aims to further the company's growth and better serve its cus- tomers. "This move will provide a greater variety of products and a much more convenient and accessible location for will call orders," he tells A&E magazine. At the time of publishing, the new location in Montbello was to be open and ready to serve customers in October.
