or those associated with ice
sports, it's safe to say there are times
where it feels like you live at the rink
after endless practices, games and
other events.
But for some families in South Florida, this com-
monly told joke became a reality.
The Buildup
As Hurricane Irma came crashing through the
Sunshine State, a group of about 50 people—and
10 four-legged friends—found safety at Kendall Ice
Arena in Miami while the storm was passing through.
