"Everything else – including operations – just kind of falls into place behind those values, which were instilled in me at a very early age." Steinbring attributes the dealership's dedication to "old school" business values as a key contributor to the company's success. He anticipates the dealership will gross $30 million in sales in 2017. Steinbring Motorcoach employs 20 full-time employees and another half-dozen part-time employees, including several long- time employees. The dealership today remains a family-owned and operated business: Steinbring's son, Chase Steinbring, is the finance manager; nephew Blake Steinbring is the dealership's service director; and Steinbring's daughter, Sydney Steinbring, works at the dealership in a range of roles when back from summer breaks from school. The dealership is located on 9 acres in Garfield, Minn., which is about two hours northwest of Minneapolis. The busi- ness includes a 40,000-square-foot main building with 20,000 square feet of indoor showroom space and a 5,000-square-foot cold storage building with a detail bay. The service department operates four full-time indoor service bays in addition to out- side service space. Exclusively Retailing Motorhomes In 2003, Steinbring Motorcoach became an exclusive Newmar Class A dealership – featuring the Newmar Essex, London Aire, Mountain Aire, Dutch Star, Ventana, Ventana LE, Canyon Star, Bay Star and Bay Star Sport models. Focusing on Above left and below: Steinbring Motorcoach celebrated its 100th anniversary this year. Originally the business sold horses and buggies; today it exclusively retails Newmar Class A motorhomes and Roadtrek Class B vans. Left: Steinbring Motorcoach employs about 20 full-time staff members, including many longtime employees. Sales Manager Lee Probert heads up the sales force.
